Zhora Edwards

Al: What kind of music do you listen to, and how does it influence your writing?

Zorha: I listen to all kinds of music…yes it can inspire a writer, but the music is more attuned to my mood. As i am inspired by different Things, it just depends on what i am writing. sometimes silence is the driving force as well.

Al: Do you prefer writing alone, or do you prefer collaboration?

Zorha: I bleed ink, so writing alone or with someone is fine. I am working with 2 other authors at the moment on books that should be done by the end of the year. I also do the “Live Writes”with the Coffee House Poets, Sharon Johnson’s Events every month. I love to challenge myself and my skill with others to see what story unfolds

Al: Tell us about your latest release.

Zorha: Dark Decree Book 4, a “Dark Lady Series” is my poetry series of my journey with Depression and each book is an Evolution into becoming what I am Meant to be…The cover was created and designed by myself as were all of my covers. They too, show a progression of skill and opening up of the beauty that live’s inside of me.

Al: Who would you rather watch, Jimmy Fallon or Jimmy Kimmel, and why?

Zorha: Eh, I really don’t do the TV shows and late night is my work time. I have very Liberal Views on the world, and so find shows like this tiresome. If i am free at night to do something other than work, I tend to research or read a book! ( Crazy Right!) I keep up on things Via a few News programs and the computer! So Sorry that I cannot give my views on these two!
